The president and owner, Phil Holmes, has been in the industry, locally, since 1975. Kim Ellingson, our office manager (and Phil's daughter), has been with Carousel since 1989.

Carousel may be the only true full-service pool company in the area. We build gunite pools and spas; provide complete pool management service including contract maintenance, lifeguarding (which can include swim lessons); renovate pools (surface, deck, plumbing, etc.), repair/replace equipment, supply chemicals, open and winterize.

Our goal, from the first year of operation, is to provide a higher level of professionalism and dependability than is generally available in this area. We hold our employees to unusually high standards of workmanship, service and conduct. We have earned and enjoy an excellent reputation, and welcome reference checks.

Can I receive technical support over the phone? At Carousel we have built a company that provides service and expertise in all areas of pool construction and operation. SERVICE
We pride ourselves on our quick response and professionalism. From heater repair to complete replumbs, we do it all. The most important aspect is that you, the customer, with Carousel by your side, will not have to worry about your pool or spa being down. We welcome your calls or questions and will guide you through any problems. Technical support is just a phone call away. We sell all major equipment brands at competitive prices, and our factory trained technicians can supply warranty service on a number of major equipment brands. CHEMICAL SUPPLY
Since our beginning in 1982, we have been supplying our customers with top brand chemicals at competitive prices. We deliver them where and when you want them. If you call by 10:00 a.m, Monday through Friday, they will usually be delivered the same day. Don't worry about the quality of our chemicals or how long they've been sitting around some warehouse. Some companies can discount their chemicals because the chemicals are of inferior quality. We, on the other hand, make sure you receive only quality product at fair prices. We have selected, over the years, your best buys in chemical brands, sizes, concentrates, etc.. Please trust our judgement on this . . . but also be assured we will make every effort to supply a specific brand if you require it.

MAINTENANCE SERVICE
Not enough time, interest or expertise to clean and maintain your pool/spa correctly? Our maintenance department is fully trained and supervised to take care of your pool/spa on a routine basis. This service allows you to relax and trust that your pool is under expert, reliable care. While a majority of our routes and schedules are during the summer months, we still service a number of accounts throughout the winter as well.

LIFEGUARDING/POOL MANAGEMENT
Our pool management program offers full lifeguarding, maintenance, swim lessons, and water aerobics at your Association's swimming pool/recreation center. We provide the service so the families in your Association can enjoy their summer as they should: by having worry-free fun!

CUSTOM GUNITE POOLS & SPAS
We design and construct your new pool and/or spa, and guide you through the process of new pool ownership. We will build your commercial or residential pool, then we are available to take care of it for you. Many pool builders only build the pool. Carousel also takes care of the customer in the future.

WATER FEATURES
We design and build water features (decorative pools, streams, falls, fountains and koi pools) to satisfy the most discriminating landscaping or architectural requirements. Experienced, artistic staff in-house.

RENOVATION & REBUILDS
Perhaps you don't need a new pool but you would like some renovations done to restore the original structure or equipment. We provide simple or extensive renovations. Tile, surface, equipment, deck work, plumbing, coping stones; you name it, we'll do it! If you need help deciding what it is exactly that you need done, simply give us a call and we'll come out free of charge to look your system over. We'll make recommendations and provide you with a detailed proposal.

OPENING, CLOSING/WINTERIZATION & TRAINING
Carousel Pools will open your pool and make sure it is crystal clear for you and your guests to enjoy. We will also close/winterize your pool for the winter. If you or your employees ever need training, give us a call. We will come to your location and give you thorough training on basic pool care. We have plenty of literature on pool care and operation as well.

PRE-PURCHASE INSPECTIONS
